Independent companies run the search tools. Once information is submitted to a provider, that company's privacy policy, retention rules, and disclosure practices control it. Review those terms before entering a query.

Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, South Carolina agencies, legal-aid resources, or independent search tools. Following one leaves this website, and the destination's privacy policy then governs the visit. Read that policy before providing personal information.
Some advertising companies may follow activity across websites to select targeted ads. That tracking occurs through the advertising company's systems rather than a criminal-record database maintained here.
